How to leave one

Go to the product page for whatever you took, scroll to the reviews section, and use the review form there. It takes about a minute.

If you bought recently, check your email. We send a review request a couple of weeks after your order so you have actually had time to use the product. You can reply straight from that email.

What makes a useful review

• How long you took it, and what you were training for.
• What you noticed, or did not notice.
• Anything practical: how it mixed, how the capsules sat, how fast it shipped.

Specific beats glowing. "Mixed clean, no grit, took it for six weeks" is worth more to the next person than "great product."

How we handle them

We do not pay for reviews, offer discounts in exchange for them, or hide the bad ones. Reviews are moderated for spam and personal information only, never for sentiment. We do not edit what you write.
