Subscription cancellation policy

This policy applies to PeakFusion subscription orders and other purchase options.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription anytime before your next renewal through your customer account portal. There is no cancellation fee.

Timing

Please cancel, skip, or edit your subscription before the next billing date. Once a renewal order has been processed and sent to fulfillment, the order may no longer be cancelable because it has entered production or shipping.

Managing your subscription

When available in your customer account portal, you can update your shipping address, payment method, delivery cadence, skip an upcoming order, or cancel the subscription.

Returns and refunds

Canceling a subscription stops future renewal orders. Returns, replacements, and refunds for orders already placed are handled under our Return and refund policy.
