Frequently asked questions
Questions about Complete Multivitamin
When should I take the Complete Multivitamin?
Take with food to improve absorption and minimize any stomach sensitivity. Morning with breakfast is the most common and easiest approach to maintain as a daily habit.
How was the Complete Multivitamin tested?
Lot MMV250805 was independently tested via HPLC (label claim verification for vitamins), ICP-MS (mineral content and heavy metals), and microbiological analysis via Petrifilm/qPCR. All tests passed. Full results are publicly available on our lab results page.
Can I take this with creatine and Vitamin D3?
Yes. There are no known interactions between the three. They cover different needs. The multivitamin's 400 IU of vitamin D plus the 2,000 IU D3 softgel totals 2,400 IU a day, within the NIH adult upper limit of 4,000 IU. The multivitamin includes botanical blends (including saw palmetto, green tea extract, garlic and echinacea). If you take blood thinners or other prescription medication, check with your doctor or pharmacist before starting. The simplest way to take all three is The Trinity Stack.
What is the serving size?
Two capsules per serving (1,528mg total). The full Supplement Facts panel is available in the product gallery and on the lab results page.
Why does a multivitamin matter for athletes?
Many U.S. adults fall short on some vitamins and minerals from food alone. In national survey data, adults who took a multivitamin had lower rates of falling short than those who did not (Blumberg et al., 2017). A multivitamin is a simple way to cover the daily basics. Read more in our guide to the three supplements athletes actually need.
Is there a subscription option?
Yes. Subscribe & Save delivers a fresh bottle every month at 15% off so daily coverage never lapses. Skip, pause, or cancel anytime from your account, and every refill ships from the same third-party tested lots.
